For ages 21 and above only
You must be at least 21 years old to register at gh999 and use any game or betting service. We are committed to protecting minors and strictly enforce this rule. We may request necessary documents to verify your age.
Our Protection Tools
gh999 provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe. These are completely free to use and can be requested at any time via live chat.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once set, limits take effect immediately, and a cooling-off period is required before they can be increased.
Time-Out Feature
Want to take a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is becoming a serious problem, request self-exclusion. This option can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently, and cannot be reversed while active.
Loss Limit Setting
Set in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When the limit is reached, you will be alerted and your session will be stopped automatically.
Reality Check Reminder
Receive automatic notifications every 30 minutes or 1 hour — showing a summary of how long you have been playing, how much you have deposited, and how much you have won or lost. This feature keeps you informed.

More About Responsible Gaming
gh999 is committed to ensuring a safe and reliable online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. For us, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it sits at the heart of everything we do. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment, and it should remain within the bounds of entertainment.
The Difference Between Entertainment and a Problem
Most people gamble for fun, for excitement, or to spend time with friends. That is normal and enjoyable. But when gambling starts to have a negative impact on your financial, family, or mental life, it becomes a problem. gh999 helps you understand that difference and make responsible decisions.
The core principle of responsible gaming is this — never bet more than you can afford to lose. Do not see gambling as a source of income, and never play with borrowed money. Set a budget before each session and stick to it.
Minimum Age Requirement and Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the gh999 platform. We enforce this rule very strictly. When opening an account and when applying for a withdrawal, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport to verify your age. If any account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and the associated funds will be forfeited.
Financial Protection: Deposit and Loss Limits
Setting deposit limits on our platform is straightforward. You can decide in advance the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Please note that the minimum deposit amount at gh999 is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These limits help you play within your means.
The loss limit is also an important tool. If you set one and reach the specified amount, the system will automatically alert you. Using both tools together gives you much greater financial security.
Protecting Family and Loved Ones
If someone in your family is struggling with a gambling problem, you can also contact us. We can take the necessary steps on third-party requests as well. To prevent children and minors from accessing this platform, use a PIN or password on your device and never share your login details with anyone.
SSL Security and Fair Play
gh999 uses full SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. All our games follow fair play principles and outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
